Show the reasoning
Send something you did and explain the decision behind it, including what you would change now.
Comfort with measurement
We report numbers with their source and their limits. If that sounds tedious, this will be a difficult place to work.
Writing matters
Most of the work leaves the building as writing — briefs, pages, explanations of why a number moved.

Guessing confidently is the fastest way to lose a client's trust, and ours.
